Santa Barbara’s Arlington Theatre will host “An Afternoon with Rachel Maddow” on October 7, 2012 at 3pm. Tickets will be available via Ticketmaster starting this Saturday, 8/25.
I’m only a little bitter about the half-planned roadtrip I’ve had to call off on account of The Arlington Theatre not being in Virginia. Damn it.

I’m still smarting that the very last live TRMS on the radio w/ Kent Jones was held only a few hours from where I lived at the time.
I didn’t think I could justify taking the time off and wasn’t sure calling in sick on a Monday would be believable.
One week later I was laid off anyway.
